Lynq’s flexible platform allows financial institutions to configure different engagement journeys tailored to various groups of account holders. Some account holders can be presented with a carousel of available bankers, enabling them to select the individual who best matches their needs and preferences. Others may be assigned to the banker with the most immediate availability, ensuring quick and efficient service. Additionally, certain account holders can be pre-assigned to a banker with whom they have an existing relationship, offering continuity and reinforcing trust. All completely configurable by the institution for their unique needs.

Beyond connecting account holders with a dedicated banker, Lynq allows bankers to bring in subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed, ensuring that account holders receive accurate and specialized information promptly.
