Slaven Bilac
Leads the engineering team in managing the technology behind the company’s platform from early design to serving in production.
Prior to Agent IQ, Slaven worked at Google for more than a decade in both their Japanese and American offices. He specialized in software engineering and helped establish the machine intelligence unit in Google Cloud. Slaven holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology with a research focus in Natural Language Processing and Machine Translation. He holds 6 patents and has published numerous papers at peer reviewed conferences.
Soren Bested

Soren Bested
Leads Agent IQ’s engagement with customers and partners.
Soren has a deep expertise in banking and payment services and operations. Prior to working at Agent IQ, Bested most notably held executive positions at Pivotus Ventures, Monitise and the World Economic Forum, and he holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore as well as a Master of Science from the Technical University of Denmark.

Matt heads marketing at Agent IQ and is responsible for creating the right messaging, branding, and content campaigns for the company.
Matt has a 20+ year career in global marketing, business creation, and branding. He co-founded a brand marketing agency early in his career and then built a franchise system that successfully expanded across California and Arizona. Matt then led digital marketing across Asia Pacific out of Australia for a multi-billion dollar life sciences company. Returning back to the US, Matt led a 30 person marketing activation team for Silicon Valley Bank.

He builds and retains high performance sales teams by hiring, developing and coaching sales professionals. Michael has over 20 years of banking, consulting, and sales management experience with in-depth understanding of FinTech industry and Community Financial Institutions.

Cary Lee
Cary Lee drives Agent IQ’s growth and client relationships.
Prior to Agent IQ, Cary was with GDS Link where he grew revenue, including the largest contract to date, by providing lending solutions to banks, credit unions, and fintechs. Cary also worked with early stage companies such as Synapse, one of the first bank-as-a-service fintech providers and prior to that, headed up sales for Monitise America, an early provider of mobile banking. Cary spent part of his career with consulting firms CGI & PWC where he ran the Financial Services growth teams, and FIS where he was responsible for relationships & revenue growth for top 10 US banks.

He is responsible for financial institutions realizing the customer/member needs attention and first class service on their schedule.Thomas has been in the banking industry for over 16 years, from leading sales teams in the Bay area and currently in wonderful Conejo Valley of Southern California. Anne Sturgeon
Anne is an Agent IQ Technical Program Manager for the Engineering and Product team, as well as working on AI and NLP projects as a Linguist.
Prior to joining Agent IQ, Anne was a project manager for software development and data analytics projects for Leidos. Clients ranged from the San Francisco Bay Area regional government to the Veterans Administration. Anne worked as a linguist on voice user interface projects for 511 Traffic and Transit systems across the country before turning to project management.

As a results-oriented senior customer success leader in the tech industry, she specializes in making her customer feel like a partner in the product to ensure our success with stakeholders both internal and external.
Prior to joining the Agent IQ team, Laura worked in a large educational software company to help school districts manage not only student success but also teacher retention. Laura has also worked in the healthcare industry where she managed large data sets and financial transactions.

Jaekwan is a highly skilled software engineer at Agent IQ with a unique ability to streamline and optimize complex distributed systems and their inter-related components.
Prior to joining Agent IQ, Jaekwan spent years honing his skills on various intricate software products in the United States and India. During his technical journey, he has become an expert in web applications and services, mobile applications, and embedded systems. He lives to work on the ins and outs of complex software systems and their communication highways. Jaekwan's last position was as the technical lead of Wipro Limited.

Dan is an expert software developer at Agent IQ, with a specialization in mobile development and the banking and payments industry.
Throughout his career Dan has worked in a senior technical capacity with almost all of the top financial institutions in the US. This has ranged from his role as the technical lead & Director for a large scale payment processing system that processed tens of millions of dollars per day for Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo and USAA, to the primary Solutions Architect for one the first mobile banking platforms in the US that, in eight years, grew to support over 4 million active users.
